Understanding Autism and ADHD Together
My Approach
At My Autism and I, my approach is built on understanding, empathy, and lived experience. As someone with both autism and ADHD, I truly get what it’s like to navigate the world as a neurodivergent person. With over 20 years of personal insight and three years of professional training in mental health, I offer a space that is both supportive and practical.
For younger clients, I’m like a big sister—someone who understands, listens without judgement, and helps you work through challenges in a way that makes sense to you. For older clients, I take a friendly, down-to-earth approach, giving you a space where you can talk openly with someone who really understands what it’s like to live with autism and ADHD. Whether we’re working on confidence, self-acceptance, or everyday struggles, my goal is to help you feel more in control and empowered in your own life.
For parents, I offer a unique perspective—because my brain works in a similar way to your daughter’s. I can help you understand how she might experience the world, why certain things feel overwhelming, and how to support her in a way that truly works for her. Together, we’ll find strategies that build understanding and connection within your family.
Above all, my approach is kind, practical, and tailored to you. I create a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and build the tools you need to thrive.
