Payment Policy
All payments for sessions must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. This ensures your appointment is secured and allows us to focus entirely on your needs during our time together. Payment details and instructions will be provided upon booking.
Booking Policy
Sessions are booked via Email, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram Message. Please note that I do not accept last-minute bookings, and all sessions must be booked at least one week in advance. This ensures that your session is well-prepared and tailored to your needs.
Confirmation Policy
A confirmation email will be sent to you 24 hours before your scheduled session. It is essential that you confirm your attendance by replying to this email. If confirmation is not received, your session will not proceed. This policy ensures that our time is used effectively and that you are fully committed to your session.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your session, please notify me as soon as possible via Email, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram Message.
If you cancel on the day of your session, you will be charged the full session price, excluding any travel fee.
If you cancel anytime up to the day before your session, you will be charged 50% of the session price, excluding the travel fee.
If you do not confirm the session or make a minimum payment by the day before, the session will be considered cancelled, and full payment will still be required.
This policy is in place to ensure I do not lose out on income due to cancellations. The cancellation charges do not include the travel fee, which is separate.
In the rare event that I need to cancel your session after you’ve already paid, you will receive a full refund of all fees, including the travel fee.
