2. Positive Affirmations: Start each day with a positive affirmation, such as “I am enough just as I am,” or “I have unique strengths that make me special.” Repeating these can help shift your mindset over time.
3. Limit Negative Self-Talk: When you catch yourself thinking negatively, challenge those thoughts. Ask yourself if they’re really true and try to reframe them in a more positive light.
